Avrequin™ is owned and operated by Shanghai Kuanlu Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By accessing avrequin.com, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the store policies applicable to your use of the website or transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or submit an order.

Eligibility

To make a purchase through Avrequin™, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your place of residence.

If you have not reached the applicable legal age, you may use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Customer Accounts

If customer-account functionality is available and you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, materials, lighting characteristics, pricing, and availability accurately.

Avrequin™ focuses primarily on night lights, decorative lighting, bedside décor, and ambient home lighting.

Our DreamGlow products may include ABS housings, frosted PC light-diffusing components, soft-touch silicone or TPE decorative details, LED lighting components, and other materials described on the applicable product page.

Colors and perceived light tone may appear different because of photography, room lighting, screen brightness, device settings, display calibration, or other reasonable factors.

Product measurements and weights may also be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, shipping restrictions, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted or dispatched.

We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Payment failure or unsuccessful verification
• Suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity
• Unavailable inventory
• An obvious or material pricing error
• An obvious or material product-information error
• Shipping or legal restrictions
• An inability to fulfill or deliver the order

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices on avrequin.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly shown.

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and your final order total.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable transaction.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, currency, and the payment services available at the time of checkout.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the applicable return requirements.

Customers must contact customer support before sending merchandise back so that the appropriate return address and instructions can be provided.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, an eligible refund will normally be initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please include your order number and relevant photographs or videos showing the product, issue, packaging, and shipping label where appropriate.

After a problem attributable to us has been reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution at no additional cost caused by that confirmed error.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other promotional offers.

Discounts should be applied and confirmed before checkout is completed.

Product Use & Safety

Avrequin™ products must be used lawfully and in accordance with the applicable product description, instructions, specifications, warnings, and care information.

Avrequin™ DreamGlow products are sold primarily as decorative night lights, ambient lighting, bedside lighting, and home décor.

Unless a specific product listing clearly states otherwise, products should not be treated as toys.

Decorative lighting should be placed on a stable surface and used indoors unless the applicable product documentation specifically states that outdoor use is permitted.

Do not use electrical lighting products near excessive moisture, open flame, or other conditions inconsistent with the applicable instructions.

Use only compatible power sources, cables, adapters, batteries, or charging equipment specified or reasonably suitable for the product.

Do not intentionally disassemble, puncture, modify, or misuse electrical components.

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, commercial resale, or business purchasing should contact us before placing an order so that availability and applicable terms can be reviewed.

Purchasing Avrequin™ products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Avrequin™ distributor, agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer without our prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Avrequin™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, product presentations, written content, packaging presentation, original design concepts, character styling, decorative forms, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may use avrequin.com for personal shopping and other lawful, noncommercial purposes.

Store content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where applicable law permits.

Nothing on avrequin.com grants permission to reproduce, manufacture, imitate, or commercially exploit protected Avrequin™ designs, graphics, product presentations, or distinctive branding without appropriate authorization.

Reviews & Customer Content

If avrequin.com allows you to submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, a transaction, or product use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, waived, or restricted.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and purchases submitted through the store are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply based on the transaction or customer's location.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact Avrequin™ customer support first so that the parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure to enforce any provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
